DRAWING:

One Grand Prize winner in the Group category and Two Grand Prize winners in the solo category that will be selected by judges on 3/17 and 3/18/17 respectively from among all eligible entries selected via Rule #1. Decisions of judges are final. The Grand Prize winner (s) will be notified in person and by mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received via Rule #1.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV’):

A. One song demo deal (ARV) $1500.00; Music Industry Promotion via compilation CD (ARV) $1175.00. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

GENERAL RULES:

Open only to residents of the state of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older as of 01/01/17. Can be under 18 years of age with written consent of legal guardian. The Sponsor of this Award is The Unwind Communications Outreach Network. Employees of The Unwind Communications Outreach Network, and its “Promotional Participants” (i.e., 90.1 WNAA, N C A&T Business and Economics , Food Lion and other participating retailers and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step‑brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void outside the state of North Carolina and where prohibited by law. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible or incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged delayed, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by entry deadline. Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, substituted, rescheduled or redeemed for cash by Winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release/Prize Acceptance Form. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, if time permits. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, if time permits. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and their agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold Sponsor, its Promotional Participants and the directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of acceptance/use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize in the administration of the promotion.

For name of the winner, available after 4/18/17 send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: The Unwind Communications Outreach Network, PO Box 2214 Greensboro, NC 27402 to be received by 3/31/17.
